We offer free shipping on all UK Mainland orders over £55*.
The shipping rates vary slightly based on the weight of orders & location. Weight is automatically calculated but your shipping choices updated.
- Under 2kg: UK Standard Shipping (RoyalMail): £2.99
- 2kg - 30kg: UK Mainland Standard Shipping (Parcelforce): £4.99
- 2kg - 30kg: The Highlands and Islands of Scotland* (Parcelforce): £7.99
- 2kg - 30kg: Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly* (Parcelforce): £10.99
- Free Local delivery (LE11* & LE12*): Orders over £10

Our standard terms for delivery within the UK are 2-3 working days from the date of despatch usually using Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We aim to despatch within 1-2 working days. In case of delayed despatch due to stock delays, we would advise you via email.

For Local Pick-Up, your order would be ready for collection once you receive your order fulfillment email. You can then arrange for your collection in the store.
We use DHL Express Worldwide for international orders. For bulk orders above 10kg, please contact us to get a shipping rate to your zone.
All packaging is plastic-free. We re-use boxes we have also received parcels in to reduce waste and ensure we give boxes a second or third life where possible.
If you would like to return or exchange an item please return within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of body/hair care products like soaps, shampoo, and conditioner bars due to strict hygiene regulations. If you have any problems with any of these products, kindly get in touch and we would sort this out for you.
You must email us within 7 days of receiving the goods to qualify for a refund. Unless an item is faulty the cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging then we can issue a full refund. Gift Cards are non-refundable
To return a product please send to - Unit 4, 30 Meadow Lane, Loughborough. LE11 1JY. Please note that unless your item is faulty you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
